All profile information is voluntary. You choose what to share. The more complete your profile, the better your chances of being discovered, but you are never required to disclose any specific information.

We use your data solely for the following purposes:

• To display your profile to registered coaches, scouts, and clubs on the Platform
• To enable account management and subscription billing
• To communicate with you about your account, service updates, or support requests
• To improve the Platform and user experience

We do not use your data for AI-powered matching in the current version of the Platform. However, we may introduce AI matching features in the future. If so, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Your profile and uploaded content are visible only to registered and logged-in users who have created an account in the "Club / Coach / Scout" category. General visitors to the website cannot view player profiles.

Coaches and scouts cannot contact you directly through the Platform. They can only view the contact methods you have chosen to display on your profile (e.g., email, phone, social media) and reach out to you independently.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

All subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment provider. PlayerGrid does not store your full credit card details, bank account numbers, or other sensitive payment information on our servers.

Stripe collects and processes payment data in accordance with its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Currently, Playergrid does not use cookies for marketing, tracking, or advertising purposes.

We may introduce essential cookies in the future to improve site functionality (e.g., keeping you logged in, remembering preferences). If we add any tracking or marketing cookies, we will update this policy and request your consent where required by law.

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the Platform, including videos, photos, and written information.

If minPlattform wishes to use your content for marketing, promotional materials, or social media, we will contact you to request explicit permission. You are free to decline without any impact on your account or service.

The Platform may contain links to external websites (e.g., club websites, social media profiles, training resources). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party sites. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet-based service can be 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.

The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and older. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to create an account and use the service.

If we become aware that a user under 18 has created an account without verifiable parental consent, we will delete the account and associated data promptly.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.

While our primary markets are Europe and the Americas, the Platform may be accessed globally. Your data may be stored and processed on servers located outside your country of residence.
