You are responsible for ensuring that the information and content you provide is accurate and that you have the right to upload or share any content you submit.

Not all information is mandatory. You choose which optional information to include in your profile.

• To create and display your player profile to eligible registered users
• To allow clubs, coaches, scouts, and agents to search for players based on relevant football-related criteria

PlayerGrid may use automated search and filtering functionality to help registered clubs, coaches, scouts, and agents identify players based on criteria such as position, playing level, location, age, and other profile information.

Player profiles are not publicly accessible to visitors who are not logged in.

Your player profile and the information you choose to make available on it may be viewed by registered and logged-in users belonging to eligible categories, including clubs, coaches, scouts, and agents.

These users may be able to search and filter player profiles based on information provided by players.

If you choose to include contact information or external contact methods in your profile, such as an email address, telephone number, or social media account, that information may be visible to eligible registered users.

Coaches, scouts, clubs, and agents cannot send messages directly through PlayerGrid unless such functionality is specifically provided by the Platform. They may instead use contact information that you have chosen to display.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

PlayerGrid may record when an eligible registered user views your player profile.

Players may see an indication in their dashboard that their profile has been viewed by an eligible user, such as a club, coach, scout, or agent.

PlayerGrid does not currently provide players with the identity of the individual user who viewed their profile. The information is used to provide the profile activity feature and improve the Platform.

Subscription payments on PlayerGrid are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment service provider.

PlayerGrid does not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other complete payment credentials on its own servers.

Stripe processes payment and billing information in accordance with its own privacy practices and policies.
