Welcome to PlayerGrid. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

PlayerGrid is a digital platform that connects football players with coaches, scouts, and clubs worldwide. We provide tools for players to create profiles, showcase their skills, and gain exposure to potential opportunities.

Important: PlayerGrid is not a football agency, agent, or club representative. We do not represent any club, coach, or scout; negotiate contracts or trials on behalf of users; guarantee any contract offers, trial invitations, or employment opportunities; or take responsibility for any communication, agreement, or transaction between players and third-party clubs, coaches, or scouts.

All contact between players and coaches, scouts, or agents is conducted independently of minPlattform. We are not responsible for the outcome of any such contact.

To use the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile updated.

Age requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform. PlayerGrid reserves the right to request proof of age and parental consent at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Access to certain features of the Platform requires a paid subscription. Memberships are billed monthly via Stripe, which is integrated directly into the Platform.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the same date as your initial payment.

No refunds: PlayerGrid has a strict no-refund policy. All payments are final. If you are dissatisfied with the service, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for payments that have already been processed.

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and responsibly. You must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your profile; impersonate another person or entity; upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights; share your account credentials with others; or use the Platform to spam, harass, or solicit users outside of its intended purpose.

If we discover that a profile contains inaccurate or misleading information, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete the account without notice.

Players may upload content to their profiles, including but not limited to highlight videos, photos, CVs, and personal information. You retain ownership of all content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant PlayerGrid a limited license to display your profile and content to registered coaches, scouts, and clubs on the Platform.

If PlayerGrid wishes to use your content for marketing or promotional purposes, we will request your explicit permission beforehand. You are under no obligation to agree.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party rights (e.g., music copyrights in highlight videos).

All content created and published by PlayerGrid — including but not limited to training programs, training videos, articles, graphics, logos, and platform design — is the exclusive property of minPlattform and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

This content is provided for the personal use of active members only. You may not download, copy, share, or distribute our content to non-members; reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from our content; or use our content for commercial purposes without written consent.

Violation of these rights may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

The Platform may contain links to external websites, services, or resources operated by third parties. PlayerGrid does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites.

We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit through links on our Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlayerGrid and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

This includes, but is not limited to: any failure to secure a contract, trial, or employment opportunity; any dispute between a player and a coach, scout, club, or agent; any loss of data, revenue, or reputation; and any technical issues, downtime, or service interruptions.

You use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

You may cancel your account and subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

PlayerGrid reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in conduct that harms the Platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
