This exercise builds: 240 Passes
This exercise builds: 120 Touches
How It Works
- Set up approximately 4 metres from the wall/rebounder and 4 metres from your partner, creating a 90° passing angle.
- Pass the ball against the wall and, as it returns, take your first touch slightly towards your partner.
- Pass to your partner, who takes their first touch towards the wall and plays a pass against it.
- Continue the sequence using two touches: one touch to turn and one touch to pass.
- Maintain a high tempo throughout the exercise, keeping your movements and passes sharp.
- After 20 passes, switch positions with your partner so you practise turning 90° to both the right and the left.
