Where We Come From
Before minPlattform, our team spent years working within the football industry across Scandinavia. We helped semi-professional and amateur players find clubs, build their profiles, and take the next step in their careers. It was rewarding work — but we kept hitting the same wall.
The players we helped were talented. They had the work ethic, the attitude, and the dream. But the system was built to keep them out. Doors were closed. Emails went unanswered. And the few paths that did exist often came with a price tag that no semi-pro could afford.
So we made a decision. Instead of helping players one region at a time, we would build something bigger. Something global. Something that could give every player the same opportunity — regardless of passport, budget, or connections.
That is how minPlattform was born.
The Problem We Saw
Football is supposed to be the world's most democratic sport. If you are good enough, you should get your chance. But the reality for semi-professionals and amateurs is very different.
We watched agents charge 30 000 SEK or more in "registration fees" — selling the dream, delivering nothing. We saw scouts promise trials that never happened. We saw clubs ghost players after months of promises. And worst of all, we saw talented players quit — not because they lacked ability, but because they ran out of money, patience, and hope.
The path from Division 8 to the professional game is not a straight line. It never is. You go from Division 8 to Division 6. Then Division 4. Then Division 2. Each step requires the right club, the right coach, and the right timing. But for most players, finding that next step is pure luck — or pure expense.
We believe that is wrong. And we believe it can change.
What We Built
minPlattform is a digital bridge between players and opportunity. We give semi-professionals and amateurs the tools to be seen, the guidance to improve, and the network to find the right next club — step by step, division by division.

Who We Are
Our team is made up of people who have lived the game. We have played football in five countries — four in Europe and the United States. We have coached at varying levels. We have studied sports management at the college level. We have sat in changing rooms at 6 AM, traveled to trials that fell through, and negotiated with clubs that never called back.
We are not outsiders looking in. We are insiders who got tired of watching good players fall through the cracks.
Our network stretches across Europe and the USA — built over years of personal relationships with coaches, scouts, and clubs who trust us because they know we do not waste their time.

Our Vision

In the coming years, we will expand our network deeper into Europe, the Americas, and beyond. We will introduce AI-powered matching to connect players with the right clubs faster. We will add more training resources, more mentorship, and more pathways. But the mission will never change: helping players find their way forward.
