This exercise builds: 150 Touches
How It Works
  1. Keep the ball between your feet and move it back and forth using the sole of each foot.
  2. Use your right sole to drag the ball towards your left foot, then your left sole to drag it back towards your right foot.
  3. Continue alternating: right sole → left sole → right sole → left sole.
  4. Keep the movement quick but controlled, maintaining a consistent rhythm.
  5. Keep the ball close to your body throughout the exercise.
Coaching Cues
  • Use soft, controlled sole touches to keep the ball close and maintain a consistent rhythm.
  • Stay light on your feet and keep your body balanced as you shift from side to side.
Progression
  • Once you can perform the movement quickly and under control, start moving around while keeping the ball between your feet.
  • Gradually look up as much as possible instead of constantly looking down at the ball, while maintaining control.
